Refund Policy

If you need to cancel, request it from your account or contact the office. Cancellations are reviewed by our team; when approved, the refundable share of the amount you actually paid is returned — 80% by default, or the percentage shown in our current booking rules.

Refunds are sent by bKash or bank transfer to the original payer within 7 working days of approval, and the Refunds desk records the send method and date on your booking.

Amounts paid for third-party services already issued in your name — such as non-refundable air tickets or visa fees — are deducted before the refundable share is calculated. Tours cancelled by us are refunded in full.
