Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings made with us through this website, our office or our authorised agents. By confirming a booking you accept them on behalf of everyone travelling in your party.

Prices are quoted per person in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when the advance (or full payment) is received and a booking number is issued. Seats are allocated per departure and cannot be transferred to another date without the office's written approval.

Travellers must carry valid identification and arrive at the departure point at the reported time. We may adjust itineraries for weather, road conditions or safety, keeping the overall value of the tour equivalent.

Payments, installments, cancellations and refunds follow the rules shown at checkout and on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
